250ml Warm Water
2 Tablespoon caster sugar
375g strong white flour/all purpose flour
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Tinned Plum Tomatoes
2 cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Add the dough ingredients (wet first) to your bread machine except for the cornmeal and set it to the dough cycle. When the machine beeps, tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough in half and roll flat using a rolling pin.
