I would say that in this list there is a clear winner and it is BOSCH WAJ28001GB, with its energy class B (which after many more oversized washers review will  not look like much, however, it’s important to compare apples to apples here)

I like a little technology in my washing machine and the Bosch has got it, mainly the sensors that detect load size so you don’t waste water or power by using more than you need, plus the pause and reload function lets you throw in odd socks that you find just after you start the wash.

I would have liked an option to do a quick wash of the different temperatures, but no dice. Luckily the power usage balances out with the sensors inside.

I’m also a fan of the new brush-free motor inside, so there are fewer moving parts and less wear and tear. I spent £70 last time I had to get my washing machine motor fixed, so this is a big saving over time, knowing that it can just keep washing week in and week out.

A cool washing machine with some great features, a little bigger at 7kg so it depends on your needs, this also makes it a little more expensive but it still won’t break the bank by any means.
